• Jessica Aquila Cymerman - Director

    DIRECTOR, CO-PRODUCER Jessica is a film and theatre director, producer and writer from Los Angeles. She splits her time between California, Ireland and Canada. She is of Italian and Jewish descent, with EU, American and Canadian citizenship. Film credits include the shorts ONE MORE LINE, THE STAIRS, KING KILLER, THE MAD ONES, and THE DEN. THE DEN (2022) finished an extended festival run (Winner “Best Director” Vesuvius Int’l film festival; Official selection: Seattle Film Festival, Austin FF, Sarasota FF, Tall Grass FF, Albuquerque FF, and many more). THE STAIRS is beginning its festival circuit (Winner "Best Female Director" Stockholm Short Festival; Official selection Dances with Films LA, SOHO International FF, Albuquerque FF, Mallorca Evolution FF, and was a Jury Award nominee for Best Narrative Short at the Rome International FF, Poppy Jasper FF, Idyllwild, Garden State FF so far. In 2017 she co-founded the Theatre company, Untold Wants in Dublin (now world-traveling), where she continues to direct and produce contemporary theatre.   • Eden Perry - Hedda gabler, Co-Producer

    Eden is an actor and moviemaker. She has a Masters in acting from The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and a BFA in drama from NYU, Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at Stella Adler and RADA. On Screen: She can be seen in the upcoming thrillers DECIBEL from Director/Producer Zac Locke (The VOYEURS, AGNES) and Demolition (Grainey Pictures, starring Steven Park), THE BROWSING EFFECT (Gravitas, Amazon Prime), and lots of indie film you’ve never heard of!   • ÉANNA O'DOWD - George Tesman, Co-Producer

    Born in Galway, Ireland. Éanna is an actor, acting coach, and co-founder of Untold Wants Co. His on-screen credits include: Cherry, LIMETOWN, The 100, Salvation, A Series of Unfortunate Events, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, The Exorcist, Stitches, and Black Ice. He also has an extensive list of theatre credits: Gruesome Playground Injuries by Rajiv Joseph, The Human Ear by Alexandra Wood, Reasons to Be Pretty by, Neil LaBute with Untold Wants Theatre, and national tours of Vernon God Little adapted by Tanya Rodner and The Dead School by Patrick MacCabe with Decadent Theatre, to name a few. He has also attained an Batchelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Acting and performance, from the IT Sligo, and The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, respectively.

  • KELSEY ANN WACKER - Thea elvsted, co-producer

    Kelsey Ann holds a BFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University. Theatrical credits include: Marie in David Adjmi’s Marie Antoinette (Off-Broadway), This is Modern Art (Steppenwolf Theatre Company), Time Thief (Off-Off-Broadway) The Retreat (solo show, Equity Library Theatre NYC) Not A Criminal (Drama League, NYC). Kelsey Ann’s feature, THRUST, is in development and was selected as a part of MOVIE MAKER Magazine's 2023/2024 Production Services Program. It is based on her award-winning short THE DEN, directed by Jessica Aquila Cymerman, starring Geoff Stults and herself. (Official Selection: Austin Film Festival, Mammoth Film Festival, Tallgrass Film Festival, Albuquerque Film & Music Experience, Sarasota Film Festival, NY Shorts, Kansas City Int'l Film Fest, among others.) Kelsey Ann was selected via Launch Pad for mentorship under Sarah Alderson (The Weekend Away), whom she shadows on the series S.W.A.T. Her second feature, Stephanie Stevens, was shot in April in Chicago. She directed, produced, and acted alongside her husband. She co-hosts the ongoing comedy podcast, Florida Woman.     Nate is an actor, writer, and filmmaker. Recent on-screen credits include Stephanie Stevens, Evil Lives Here (ID Network), The Den (Austin Film Fest), and Some Still Search (TIFF). His stage credits include Marie Antoinette (Off-B’Way), Bury Me In My Leggings (Off-B’Way) and The Western Male (Off-B’Way). Off-off Broadway and regional credits include Blind Date (Goodman Theatre Co.), Henry IV Part I, Aliens Coming, and She’s Totally Dead among others. Nate performs stand-up comedy and is a cohost of the Florida Woman Podcast.

    Philip Smithey is an actor and writer from Dallas, Texas with over 50 TV and film appearances, over 25 national commercials, and nearly 30 stage plays to date. He can currently be seen as a regular on the Netflix series Murderville, and the Hulu series Johnson.     Akiko is very excited to be a part of the cast of: “Hedda Gabler” for the LA Fringe Festival. Akiko's journey began at American Academy of Dramatic in Pasadena. Akiko brings many years of experience to her role as Juliana. With a passion for the craft of acting she has dedicated her career to creating strong characters and working with many talented creatives in all areas of film, tv and stage. While working mostly in film/ television, returning to the theater is a joy. She is thrilled to a part of the LA Fringe and to working with so many talented artists.
