Is it difficult to have a horse English Saddle Western Wear?
I am looking to buy a horse and I ride English, I live in rural Missouri and most are Westerners. If I were to buy a horse that has been ridden with a western saddle would be okay to ride with an English saddle.
I always break my horses using a Western saddle (although they do get to do a lot of standing around yearlings and as such using my old Stubben Siegfried saddle English) .. Always try a horse out before you buy and get a pre-purchase vet check. Once I went to see an old TB mare at a stable rate. They saddled a old Saddle King Western Saddle, put a little SLIST in the mouth and said it was not so broke. I uncrossed reins (They did this so that she could control the neck.) took a step on board and made three things (His feet were so long, I could not do anything outside of a ride.). I asked the head down, turn around the haunches and turn on the forehand. The three things were the immediate responses! I jumped off the horse, handed the reins to the owner of the mare and told him that I would choose the mare and had been somewhere "Fantasy" … It took a year to continue their roles down, but the mare had been a Class A show hunter with images of the LA Forum to support these claims. Horses are transported across the nation. You never know what is going to encounter. BTW that mare was the dam of my favorite TB, I have raised, trained and was a consistent winner in the showring.

History Western Wear
You do not have to look far to find the origins of Western clothing, if you listen to the tales of the Wild West, looking at those old cowboy movies or listen to country music stars.
Western Wear derives its name from a unique style of clothing worn by men and women in the 19th century American West. Has undergone many changes since the early days of the Wild West, with its open ranges, wagon trains, cattle drives, and notorious outlaw. The clothing western legends as Wyatt Earp, Billy the Kid, Wild Bill Hickok and is decidedly different from most Western fashion today, but was this time which laid the foundations of Western fashion and to know today. The way a cowboy was a way of life throughout the American West until the early 1900s.
Western Clothing started with those who were known as the cowboys after the American Civil War. Texas ranchers had to find a large market for their excess stock of cattle. Meanwhile, on the east coast of meat was scarce. Therefore, the farmers brought their cattle north to the nearest railway, for example, Fort Worth, which became an important shipping point for cattle in 1876. This led in 1887 the plans for the construction of the pens of the Union about two and one and a half miles north of the Tarrant County Courthouse. More was put into operation on 1889.
Mexican cowboys and Americans fleeing the law also made by a large number of cowboys roaming the wild west. The attire of the first cowboys were usually very plain and simple. long pants made of fabric were tucked into his Cowboy Boots, allowing them to mount several rough roads before his jeans wore out. Early Cowboy Shirts were usually made of cotton or wool, sometimes with simple pin stripes, and had no neck. These shirts pulled over their heads with only partially functioning buttons on the front of the shirt. A handkerchief was used to protect the neck of the cowboy of the elements while riding the trail, which was also used as a mask, dust storms, as well as outside the law used as a mask during the bank robberies and muggings. A Cowboy Hat was very practical and is used for everything from protection from the sun, to give them something to drink fresh water when found. This is as it seems, the name of the "ten-gallon Hat" was born because of its ability to retain water.
The early days of Hollywood revived the spirit of the Old West, the path of cowboy life, and sparked a new interest in western wear throughout the nation. Gene Autry, John Wayne and Roy Rogers lit up the silver screen and of a certain generation will never forget our television screens filled with the popular Western series, as rawhide with Rowdy Yates (Clint Eastwood), Gunsmoke Dennis Weaver as Chester and Bonanza Little Joe (Michael Landon) all dressed in Western clothes.
Western Wear became prominent in pop culture during the 1960s, even the Beatles wore cowboy boots. Western clothes popularized by this time included hats cowboy, cowboy boots and fashionable jeans and shirts with designs and patterns.
