Pattern for a vintage apron?

Anybody can give me instructions on how to make an apron like my grandmother wore when I was a child? They say they are now old aprons. The apron skirt, shoulder straps from front to back with a bar on the shoulder in the back to prevent falls outside the shoulders, and has a band that ties the beck and pockets on the front apron. Please help. Thanks!
