Transferring Francisco San Jose State University to satisfy the university?

Hey, I will attend San Francisco State University as freshmen year this fall and really want to transfer to San Jose State University. I was wondering if anyone any information or further action to transfer state to state schools. Do I need certain grades, classes, credits? I wondered how long would it take? A semester? a year? 2 years? thanks for your help!

Norfolk State University

Norfolk State University, located in Norfolk, Virginia was founded in 1935. Virginia has a populace of approximately 241,000, and is also a port city. The contiguous environment is quite urban. Students can visit a zoo, botanical gardens, the National Maritime Center, museums and several historical sites that are located near Norfolk State University.

It is regarded as a historically black university. Norfolk State University (NSU) offers four-year courses in liberal arts and it’s a fast growing inspiration of Science and Technology.
