Restore / clean a Soft Leather sofa?

I have a soft leather sofa used and the previous owners did not take care of it, and the arms and seats are worn, dirty, and extremely dry. Is it possible to restore it? Perhaps as an attachment for my dremel polishing? I tried Mink Oil, Leather Interior Auto care treatment, and the things that used to shoes. None was successful. I want to restore back to a condition in which no be so easy to rip. It's rough. I want to make it smooth. How I can get a healthy condition without problems.
