How I can make large prints in Microsoft Word?

I want to make the size of large posters in Microsoft Word that probably 2 times normal paper size …… where do I go to make a poster? and I will be able to print it in a public library rite?

The largest is 22in 22in at least that's the biggest gimme mine, the climate of the printer can do that libraries have to ask.
