Does anyone know of an off-shore seamstress who can do 50 in cocktail dresses Retro (man) a large size?

I've been looking and looking for a 50's style full skirt cocktail dress on ebay, one that could use a skirt very low, but very few are large enough to fit me. Any help would be appreciated.

Why the shore …? You figure you're going to get a better price ..? Regardless … You could be next search be in a theatrical costume maker / shop etc. I do not know if you're in a big city or not, but if not, do the google "something" and also use the phone ..
