Vs horsehide …..?

I have heard of horse meat and more dense than grain cowhide. This gives rise to more resistant moisture but I have also heard that your skin cheaper and will not last forever and Leather .. I posted a section of law enforcement because I was talking in terms of a case. Im gettin a holster for my XD hide and has the option of gettin horse or cow hide. I live in South Texas for what is hott and humid … so worth the extra $ 15 per horse skin
