i what to wear with this dress?

I have a simple, lightweight, fitted cotton strapless yellow dress. I am looking for a navy shrug blue or bolero to go with it (sites please!) I do not know what to wear as a belt. It came with a strip seersucker, but it is something ugly. belt is very thin loops can barely see so I could use more or less anything. what colors should i wear with yellow, what type of blade? I am looking for some cotton too, and kind of simple.
